Pablo was a highly dynamic massage therapist. I’ve never had a massage like that before. Having my husband get a massage with Pablo.

Had facial and massage. Great alone time for me! Plan to do the same next month. Also plan to purchase massage for my sister in mt Dora, florida

Everyone was friendly but reception area could use some flowers and also water or tea should be offered The Keurig machine was empty The massage room had a water stain on the ceiling, a bright and relaxing poster of an animal or scenery should be placed there. I had an outstanding technician in wonderful Medina.

I really liked the esthetician who did my service. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She also gave me good recommendations based on the things I am most concerned with regarding my skin

I had to be back at my house at a certain time, and my esthetician made sure that I was taken care within the time limit that I gave her. Also, she took care of all the issues that I described to her at the beginning of the appointment. My skin looks amazing!!!! Will definitely be back in a few weeks!

Friendliness of the reception staffs and the clean and bright ambiance of the reception area were very refreshing. The massage room was clean and the therapist was very polite and efficient. Re-appointment was fast and information provided was useful.

I've been going to Hand and Stone for several years. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. This is the place I go to relax. If I feel like chatting, they chat. If I want silence to enjoy the experience, they respect that.

The massage therapist was wonderful not only by what she was doing but I felt I had met a kindred spirit. My body really felt more than just relaxed. It felt rejuvenated.
