Hand and Stone

During my service treatment another technician literally knocked on my door and CAME IN to ask for the machine that we had just finished using. Really rude and disrespectful to me as a client undergoing a procedure. It shows a lack of patience and disrespect for other customers. I said something to Lauren and she apologized. I understand there is only one of these types of machines, but I got the impression that this other tech was literally listening at my door. REALLY RUDE

I was able to escape and relax and feel confident about turning 28. I left happier than when I came in.

The staff was very pleasant. Hand and Stone is the perfect place to find time to wind down and pamper yourself. The ambiance is relaxing, clean and soothing.

Although I didn't book with a specific esthetician, I was absolutely floored by Hannah's knowledge and skill. She was friendly and gentle, even with the deeper extractions and my extremely sensitive skin. She recommended a few products for me to try at home and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Highly Pleased with my Facial! The Esthetician was very nice, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive during my service. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I upgraded to microdermabrasion... it was awesome!
