The massage felt good.

Rachel always makes me feel very safe. She listens to me and responds appropriately. She makes me feel better.

The massage therapist was amazing. I waited almost 20 minutes before he came out and would have loved if the receptionist said something to me, anything, during that long wait. But Frank - the therapist- was INCREDIBLE. He immediately apologized for the wait when greeted me, said my name several times during our appointment, was very professional and personable. He put me at ease and I felt like I found a massage therapist that I would want to see for life. He has a very warming personality and his technique and pressure level was appropriate and comfortable. He deserves a raise! He is the reason primarily why I want to return and plan to maintain my membership at your facility. Otherwise I might have been willing to try somewhere else. I will return because of Frank. I hope I got his name right 🙂

Greeted very warmly by the receptionist. The therapist performed the service competently and thoroughly. The massage room provided the perfect environment for the service rendered.

The staff were welcoming, courteous and willing to answer questions. Leah provided my facial and I appreciated her explaining what was being done and the benefits. I learned of Hand & Stone as a friend gifted me a service. I chose a facial. Overall, I was pleased with the services received and appreciated the pleasant, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere that was provided.

Very relaxing atmosphere in both the waiting room and the massage room. Massage was very professional and relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvenated. My only recommendation is adding some window treatments in the waiting area. The light was a bit harsh and the view is better inside the spa than outside of it!

It was mu first time at this place they make me feel good the soon i walk in i love the place i will come back any day soon.
