It's was my first time getting a facial & I was very pleased! The Staff was very helpful & knowledgeable. I will be coming back.

I was greeted promptly when I arrived. The facial I received was amazing, effective for my skin, and relaxing. Kenisha explained her recommendations thoroughly and was responsive to my questions.

Rachel has the hands of an angel. She makes sure to ask if the pressure is okay to make the massage experience perfect. I will make sure to to recommend her to anyone that wants to come to the Columbia hand and stone.

The esthetician was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and even the way she spoke matched to ambiance of the spa. Her voice was relaxing and the wait time was 0 minutes. She took me right back and made sure I was comfortable with everything. She took her time and knew what she was doing. The products she recommended are bomb! Feels so good. I still have to get a couple more of them but the two I have made a difference. Hopefully I’ll be back wishing the next 3 months. I’d like the same esthetician. She’s great! And I want to give her a tip as well.

My therapist was absolutely wonderful! Her voice and demeanor were calming from the beginning to the end, and she knew what she was doing. She explained if I asked, was quiet if I was, and engaging if I was.

I always look forward to my appointment because the treatment is relaxing and lasts for a while. My face feels smooth and I like to think it lessens the wrinkles. Patrice is a gifted esthetician.

It has been a long time since my last massage and I was a little nervous about getting it. My daughter surprised me and she enjoys having them done. It was relaxing and I felt l made the right decision to have it. Professional and pleasant.
