Very friendly yet professional

I was very happy with the "panic button" situation as I had never seen or heard of this before and I have had massages for over 30 years now. Although I have never felt unsafe in massage situations, I am sure this would give others confidence in their safety.

I was late and called ahead as I went to the wrong location. They accommodated me and I was very thankful and apologetic. Also the tightness in my back was gone.

We have been using your services for many years now, and have enjoyed our massages by Crystal (she's great). Only improvement I would like to see is a arm / hand support just below the front of the massage table.
