Hand and Stone

All staff were professional and greeted me with a smile! Even offered me a drink of water infused with pineapple, which was very refreshing, while I waited 5 minutes for my appointment! The massage therapist was very skilled in her craft! I immediately felt relaxed as she melted the stress and pain away from my neck, shoulders and upper back! The hot stones especially helped. My therapist listened to my request to concentrate only on my back, neck and shoulders as these are my areas where I have the most issues! This was my second appointment at Hand and Stone and I became a member after my first massage that was gifted to me by my daughter! I would definitely recommend this Hand and Stone if you live in RSM and surrounding areas. I happen to live 5 minutes away in Trabuco Canyon.

Farah is an excellent massage therapist. She is pleasant and does a nice hello but then does not try to have conversation.

Some things have changed “post Covid”. I’ve been a member a long time. Even though it’s worth it, the prices have risen dramatically quickly post Covid.

Did not come a get me until 10 mins after appointment and started 5mins before the hour at regular time. Would think if you start late you would give full time

Felt comfortable during the massage with the right amount of pressure. Afterwards felt very relaxed and the next next had a lot less stiffness in upper back.

Always feel welcome and comfortable when I am at Hand & Stone. There was a nonfunctional toilet with no signage so I informed the receptionist who thanked me for the information. Also the Halloween candy is still in the candy dish. It would be nice if the candy was disposed of and the regular mints provided to the customers while they wait for treatment. Always satisfied with my massage.

I need the massage to help reduce or eliminate migraines and reduce overall pain and the deep tissue helps with both. I like it is close to my house, so I'm relaxed Ihave a short drive home. the relaxing environment is very important to me.
