Very hard to get massage appointments because of lack of female technicians

It is extremely difficult to get appointments with massage therapists that I like at ANY location. The best therapists usually don’t stay long or are booked up months in advance. My schedule makes it hard to plan so far out so my packages just pile up. The app and website and old and clunky, so it’s pain to search for appointments and they staff is using the same terrible outdated software in the office. If a therapist suddenly becomes unavailable there are usually no near term backup appointments available to accommodate.

Knowledgeable esthetician. Friendly and not pushy to buy products. Calm.

Very satisfied with devices and staff. I do feel some of the add on services are over priced given that they are completed within the same hour as a routine facial is performed.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and competent. He has always asked what my needs are and I have benefitted from his work/service. I like the low lights and the calming music and atmosphere.

I had Hannah as my massage therapist. She was AMAZING! Fabulous personality! Paid close attention to what I asked for and was perfectly fixing everything I listed. I've had other very friendly services here but, Hannah is, by far, my favorite!

My therapist listened to my needs and applied the right pressure to those areas. I thought he was a skilled massage therapist. The receptionist was very friendly and personable.
