I have been extremely satisfied with both my regular esthetician Ms. Jasmin and with Ms. Rachel. My skin tone has improved tremendously, and I have put into practice the advice they have given me. And, while I spend a lot more time on my face every day, I am going to keep at it as I like the results. As an additional benefit I find these treatments very relaxing and stress relieving. I am a fulltime care giver for my wife and that can be stressful. Love you guys and I am here to stay, and my daughter has an appointment on the 20, keeping it in the family.

All staff members were highly professional and friendly. The ambiance was welcoming and helped me to feel comfortable since this was my first time at Hand and Stone. The therapist was knowledgeable and went over and above to try to help me get some relief.

The staff was very informative and kind. Welcoming any questions and paying attention to my needs. My massage therapist was very thorough. I explained problems that past therapist (in other spas) did not understand that would ultimately make me uncomfortable. She new exactly how to handle that sensitive part of my back as well as truly helping my pain points.
