The staff worked to resolve my scheduling challenges. The therapist went out of his way to accommodate me and took great care in addressing my physical discomfort by focusing attention on problem areas. He seemed to genuinely care about keeping me as a client .

The massage rooms are starting to show wear and tear, such as damaged carpet. It appears that the rooms are clean, but they need some attention.
