I was impressed. The first time I walked in the door. The reception area staff were extremely friendly and responsive to my questions. My therapist is incredible! Her massages are well done and she always works the areas that I ask her to.

Every time I get relaxed after any appointment.

Massage therapist is very good and consistent. Location is clean and taken care of. Appointments are on time and completed on time.

The environment is warm & welcoming with great attention to my care & comfort. Every effort is made for me to relax & enjoy this small piece of care & solace in a busy day. I always feel refreshed & calm when the facial is completed & not rushed to leave either.

Friendly service and very clean facility. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in for my skin.

I enjoy getting a Massage. I switched from Massage Envy primarily due to the proximity of this H&S location. They've had staffing problems so I had to go to the Fairfax location to stay in sync with the monthly membership. The staff in Greenbriar are always friendly and welcoming. The Massage from Lili is on the better scale of Massages that I've had. Tried others when she was not available, but I come back to her when her availability fits my schedule.

My friends got me a gift certificate to Hand and Stone last year and I loved my facial with Jasmine Lee so much, I ended up getting a membership and now I come see her once a month! It’s my little self care treat to myself and I look forward to my appointment with Jasmine every single time. She is so professional and makes my skin glow. I love my facials and Hand and Stone with Jasmine!
