The people there are all very nice, the products are great, and the woman who did my facial was terrific. She was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough.

Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. I didn't feel pressured to make additional purchases (which makes me more likely to purchase from them in the future). My masseuse was incredible and I've already booked appointments for the next two months. Time to take care of myself for a change!

David asked before the session if there were any problem areas and listened carefully to my response. He suggested a proposed treatment but adjusted it to more of what I wanted from the session to walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed. The pressure and strokes were perfect with this treatment. Each treatment does not always have this result and I wish it did, but when I left, David indicated he would make some notations in my chart to help try and make sure we can duplicate it again.

Great massage therapist, customer friendliness and nice massage rooms. The pricing can be improved and the availability of the massage therapists can be improved.

My massage therapist (Lili) is TERRIFIC !! I continue to keep my membership (plus added my wife) specifically because of Lili.

Always friendly and welcoming. Lily is my massage therapist and she is wonderful. Her deep tissue massages are perfect. She is tuned to the “hot spots” in my body and adapts the motion and pressure as necessary. She creates a sense of comfort and trust and I always emerge from a season feeling SO much better.
