Rachael was wonderful. I found the up charges very annoying this part should have been handled before the facial began. A pleasant visit but I couldn't quite understand the part of being a *Member*

Appointment is always on time. Staff greets you by name when you arrive. Lili is AMAZING! She always recognizes my problem areas and treats accordingly. I always leave feeling much better than when I came in!

Working with Mr. David was amazing. He would definitely need to be the one servicing. Maybe would like to meet more as well.

Carolina at the front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I had a fantastic massage by Eric, who is not my usual therapist, but was equally wonderful. I left completely relaxed and pain free!

I had my lower legs and underarms waxed on the 17th. My facial is on the 20th. Can't wait for that. Rachel is an excellent esthatician (ck my spelling). She's gentle and very good with the hair on these 73 year olds limbs. Who'd ever thought I'd still have to worry about hairy legs and underarms at this age.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable staff. Great products and services. Cleanliness of space. Price of services and products. Results from monthly treatments and facials. Relaxation aspect of getting a monthly service!

I am a huge fan of massages and my therapist did everything i asked of her and made me feel like a different person :)

The staff are pleasant. The massage therapist does a great job getting all my knots out. I just wish there was more hand and foot massaging in the routine massage.

Eric was my therapist and he is excellent! The receptionists are friendly.
