The staff is very welcoming and personable. I love my aesthetician, she is amazing.

My girl was excellent. My skin looked terrible when I got there. After she was done, it was hydrated and glowing.

My facial went well and everything ran on time. She recommended a few products to me and updated me on the condition of my skin. The mask and other products used felt nice on my skin. The only area of improvement would be that during the steaming process, I recommend the person performing the facial continue movement via a shoulder massage or something - there was about a 5-8 minute period I was just lying there - it would've been nice to continue with something during that time

This was my very first massage and I was a bit nervous. Angela made me extremely comfortable. She listened to my concerns, and what areas needed attention. She showed great concern for my comfort during the massage and always checked in to make sure her pressure was just right. I will definitely book with Angela again!

Megan was fantastic, she walked me through the process and what she was doing and using, it was very helpful for my first facial. The reception team was excellent and hospitable as always at this location.

Hand and Stone makes it easy to have a spa experience every month. It’s important to make time for my relaxation and the membership reminds me to take that time. It’s easy to schedule and conveniently located and I’ve never had a bad experience with a massage there.
