When I walked in, the receptionist said, "Oh, Sandy is not here today! Sandy is the person who usually comes with me. The receptionist was aware of who we were. The masseuse therapist besides being so nice and so efficient said to me before she left: "Susan you don't have to rush getting dressed. Take your time." Everyone makes me feel very welcome.

Mickey is amazing and knows her stuff! She’s the best and she keeps me coming back.

Mickey is an amazing massage therapist that is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provides the perfect massage. Tammy is an amazing manager that has trained her staff to provide works class customer service. This Hand & Stone location is the best I have ever visited.
