Between the ambiance and the friendliness of the reception staff, I rate my overall experience 100% satisfactory. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The manager welcomed my husband and I by name it made us feel valued. The estheticians were amazing, my husband really raved about this amd the himalayan salt stones where phenomenal. I wish they could have rang one transaction vs 3 separate transactions

Mickey (Micholle) Reese is an amazing therapist. She always does an amazing job and can read my problem areas just by my body language during the massage!

Mickey Reese is a fantastic massage therapist. She performs some of the best massages I have had stateside. The front desk staff are very friendly, efficient, and helpful which makes checking-in and checking-out such an easy experience. The spa is clean and well maintained and the music in the therapy rooms is just at the perfect sound level to be enjoyable without being loud which impedes relaxation.

The massage therapist I'm scheduled with monthly seems highly skilled and knowledgeable.

I’ve been to many hand and stone locations in my area and they are all very similar but the cherry hill location has a calmer more relaxing feel to it from the moment you walk in through your e tire visit. I can’t pinpoint why, it just does! My apt was with Gwen this time and she is incredible! She listened to me and took care of every ache that I had. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with her!
