The facility is very clean and it is a professional environment. the staff are friendly and they try to address any concerns or questions. The pricing for services is very reasonable.

I will continue to return to this Hand and Stone to see Kory specifically, although I have tried multiple massages there and have never had a good experience. For this reason seeing Kory for esthetician services are the only reason I'll continue to return.

The esthetician was absolutely wonderful! So sweet and knowledgeable and definitely focused on the specific area I wanted treated and did a fabulous job. I've had many facials at 5 star hotels and this one was absolutely one of the best. It's for that reason that I became a member. Also, the manager was exceptional. She knew her staff and pricing/products extremely well. Very friendly and welcomed me "to the family" which was a nice, thoughtful touch.

My massage was very relaxing. Heather did a wonderful job. I was very pleased as this was my first massage with Heather. Will definitely book with her again.
