Hand and Stone

My visits to Hand & Stone are always very enjoyable. My massage therapist, Melissa, is always personable, attentive, and professional. I am always highly satisfied - her massages are perfect for me. Everyone at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming.

This kind of thing can be uncomfortable if the person performing the facial is unfriendly. The woman who did my facial was very friendly, open to conversation but didn't make me talk the whole time. I felt very comfortable

Ariel listens carefully when I tell him about my problem areas. He does his best to resolve my issues. He gives me good advice on how to prevent tension and soreness between visits. He is an excellent therapist, and I have great trust in him.

I had a wonderful therapist, who gave me a great massage. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed my session -- it was very relaxing.

Loved the session - I was very relaxed and the therapist was attentive to me. I would just say I would love to have a cloth over my eyes when I am facing up. It is uncomfortable when I am laying there thinking I might open my eyes. If we could add that - that would be a home run

The staff seemed knowledgeable and customer oriented. My massage therapist, Kay, was very communicative about her style of massage and what kind of pressure she would use. I felt she delivered exactly what was she communicated to me. I have had many massages through my life and felt like this massage accomplished my goal which was relieving tension and working deeply into muscles that had been bound up for a long time. I ended up becoming a member-was a simple program to understand and was not going to break my bank. Also, my daughter came with me - it was her first time. I may have to continue taking her - she understands now what the fuss is all about!!

I had an appointment with Wil for y first ever appointment. I was easily able to book him again. He was receptive to my request to concentrate on sore areas.
