It was a relaxing experience. The therapist was friendly. Stress was relieved.

The entire experience was very nice! The front staff were warm and friendly. The ambiance of both the from waiting area and massage rooms helped relax me easier. My massage therapist, Crystal was excellent! She focused longer on areas where I needed the rubs most and was thorough on the rest of my body. She had a very pretty sounding and relaxing voice, as well. I don't know why, but it added something to the whole experience. I only wish I could have had double the time because after all of my long hours I spend standing up and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I felt as though I could be rubbed out for hours! Great job guys! You'll see me again in 3 weeks. The appointment is already set.

Friendly,clean,efficient

Thu was awesome. He had hint every point that was needed. Very nice and friendly. The girls up front were very nice and friendly. The place was very clean. I will continue requesting Thu or Will. They both are great at their job.

Everybody was friendly and very helpful. I was able to book an appointment within the hour. The therapist and receptionist made sure to accommodate my needs.

My massage was satisfactory and the massage therapist concentrated on my pain areas. Definitely will go back and request same person Nawi.

I was actually nerves. Last massage in a different establishment was AWFUL. I left in more pain then what I came in. This time around I asked for medium pressure due my last experience he use to much pressure even ask I asked multiple time to reduce. I explained my neck, left shoulder, and most of my upper back were in extreme pain. I'm pleased to say not once I asked to reduce the amount pressure because she did exactly what I asked. In the areas I had the worst pain she started with less pressure at the beginning then increased little by little. I came in with a ton pain but left with A LOT less pain. I would be going back to see jasmine again.

This H&S on Haddonfield rd has been fantastic, from customer service, pleasantness of staff, helpfulness, great therapists. The manager at this location is ALWAYS hands on and nice and engaging. My only complaint is that I can not transfer my membership away from the Mt. Laurel location because the organization/staff care/ competence is night and day different. I love H&S at this location, I will never return to ML location.

Julie was very professional and knowledgeable and i was very pleased with her service. The reception area was very clean and calming and had a nice feel.

I'm highly satisfied with Hand & Stone because of the great staff & knowledge they all have. Very relaxed atmosphere.
