I have been getting monthly massages with Melissa for over a year and she has done wonders in relieving the tension in my neck and shoulders and my tension headaches/migraines. She is a wonderful massage therapist and an asset to your company.

I have chronic back pain. For the last week I have been working overnight and have been uncomfortable. On the Phone making the appointment the woman on the phone moved things around to get me appointment that day so I didn't have to wait. It was definitely great. Even though there was no trigger points available I got a deep tissue with added hot stone and it was great

MY massage therapist is Kay, the very first massage she sat me down explained what it was and how she was going to massage me, it was terrific and that is why I signed up for three more massages. This visit I told Kay about my aching bones, she suggested to massage me a medium massage and it was wonderful, I felt so much better. Kay is very pleasant and very knowledgable I feel I can ask her anything and she has made many suggestions/recommendations on how to handle my Cancer treatment. Will continue coming back and will,continue with Kay. My only issue with Hand and Stone is they should include aroma therapy, when I lay on my stomach for,the massage all of a,sudden my sinus clog up, I need to breath the aroma/scent in, can't believe you charge for,that, the only place I have been to,where they charge for that.

I was so thrilled with Will he was wonderful, I would highly recommend him to my friends. I know when I return that is who I will ask for. What a great massage!!! I also got a facial and unfortunately I can not remember my girls name but she was very professional and explained everything before she started and I could not be happier with her. This was a great experience all around.

Friendly and clean

Eunice was extremely friendly and helpful in making my appointment as well combining my remaining packages so that I don't lose them after my membership termination. Crystal is my favorite massage therapist. Her technique is perfect for me and she is very accommodating. I prefer this location to any other.

I called 3 other locations that did not have appointments avail. Eunica the receptionist was very sweet and personable and book me an appt for 30 mins later. My therapist Will used great pressure and addressed all of my concerns.
