Great service and friendly employees

Facial was great, relaxing and it felt great during and after. When I woke up the next day, I had a break out in a few areas. I won’t be doing the Image products/facial again.

My two prior appointments were canceled n one of them hrs before service. We are held to a 24 hr cancelation policy or there could be a penalty. I feel we should be compensated if hand n stone cancels before 24 hours.

Everything was good. ran out of time to touch on other key areas but over all good. will come back and book more time.

I was satisfied overall.

I had issue with lying on my stomach and ended up on my back. My therapist was very concerned and accommodating but I wanted my neck and lower back massaged. I was willing to lay on my side but my lower back was not addressed. She did my upper back more than my neck where I have arthritis. My massage was great but not in areas I wanted.

Massage was relaxing but not as effective as I hoped. Therapist was professional and pleasant but did not ask me about pressure during massage. Would have wanted more pressure on problem areas.

The massage therapist was very unfriendly. They also ask for a ridiculous amount in tips which feels greedy. A $40 tip on an $80 service is insane.

The room was next to the lobby area and it was loud. I could hear people the whole time. The massage itself and masseur were great.

The price & the unethical way gift cards are taken. I will always return for the service provided by the therapist who took care of me - Melissa Juckett. She is absolutely wonderful and right on point with her massages.
