As a pregnant client I was extremely satisfied with my massage therapist, she did an amazing job. However, the up charge of $15.00 due to being pregnant is disappointing. Time was not added to the massage, additional products were not used during the massage to justify the $15.00 up charge. The only different is a larger body mass due to pregnancy and when asked why there was an up charge I was told “COVID pricing and expenses”. This is highly disappointing response.

I was happy with the massage and facial but getting appointment on weekends are hard and the prices increased too much.

Prices have increase dramatically but the service decreases dramatically. There used to be a neck and shoulder massage when awaiting a face mask but now nothing while the aesthetician cleans up her area. Most facials at other spas include this. The aesthetics was very nice. Also what’s up with the tipping I have to use Venmo now? Annoying

I usually have a wonderful experience on my visits. For some reason that I do not know? It took almost 15 minutes to take me back for my appointment. My massage was wonderful!!! However upon completion while getting dressed I noticed it was 10 minutes to 1:00pm which means I only had about a 30 minute visit? Was not pleased with that. I didn’t complain because this never usually happens. Also at check out the appointments that were pre booked for today were all mixed up as far as me gifting my daughter in law and myself also with my free foot massage which was forwarded from last visit which I didn’t receive. Which was supposed to be free for booking on line. It was an email offer that was sent to me. I was charged from my points for it. Very disappointed with that as well.

I booked my appointment for facial,I made my appointment in person.when I came for my facial appointment,I was told I have Massage appointment.then I was directed to other place for facial.it was not a happy experience.

Appointment length is short for the price. My estheticians and massage therapists keep leaving the company and it’s hit or miss finding someone else who is good. Then, I end up spending my money on ok experiences.

Massage tech had an attitude from the moment she walked out to greet me. Mentioned to reception but they were trying to figure out what my wife booked for me. Ultimately, I didn’t get the massage I was booked for and I received none of the extras either.

I used a gift card that was a Christmas gift and when I gave it to the fellow who was checking me out he told me I owed $21.00 more because the prices went up since the card was purchases. I was not happy with this and made it known. A gift card should be honored regardless of your price increases. Another girl at the desk honored the card at face value. I don't feel that when using a gift card for a purchased 50 minute massage should be subject to price increases. I buy gift cards at Christmas for my family and don't want them to have to pay extra because you raise prices after the purchase. Not good business practice
