I called and made appointment for my daughter and I -Mother’s Day facials for 2. We arrive to find out that Julia just booked me for the facial and not my daughter. They informed us: it’s one at a time only. No alternative was offered just a: we can take you now and your daughter at 7pm. After much consideration, that’s what we ended up doing. End

I recommended my twin sister and she is coming on Monday to get her facial exactly what i got on Friday. Thanks

The prices increase and adding taxes on top upgrades is over the top and amount establishment requirements for tip for services you have made me reconsider if I want to continue being member

The masseuse originally told me the CBD oil was out of stock for my package deal my husband paid for for my birthday. She didn’t seem to know what was available and what was not she had to go and confirm with the front desk. When she came back, her phone was on and alarming. Every time I told her some thing was painful during the massage she continue to do it and just apologized, saying that it was just because my muscles were tense.

Not happy to be charged a percentage fee to tip my massage therapist using a card and not be told about it until paying. Had I know about it I would have brought cash for a tipz

Clean location, nice people, massage was very relaxing and therapist was very sweet

The massage therapist & massage were great, but the person handling my transaction tried to charge me much more then what I was supposed to be charged. (Way over the price I was quoted) She took a long time for my checkout at the front and it was aggravating.

It hurt a lot she kept going over my neck and I was in so much pain.
