There was a freshness to this hand and stone! Loved the enthusiasm.

If aromatherapy oils weren’t an upgrade I would be highly satisfied and the receptionists were loud while we were relaxing before going in

Feel the massage is advertised for an hour and you don’t get massages for full hour. Should say 45 minute as your total time is an hour from being brought back to leaving building

I booked two appointments back to back and checked in for only one. My facial was great but my massage therapist was at the counter complaining about her next client (which turned out to be me) at the front desk. Apparently since I booked online it didn’t link my appointments so it looked like I wasn’t checked in. I came out of my facial at 5 minutes before my appointment but wasn’t taken back to my massage room until almost 10 minutes after my appointment time. My massage only lasted a half hour but I was charged for the full 50 minutes. My massage therapist also kept asking why, if I was a member, which I was, why I didn’t get massages more often and why I was booked with her. At checkout they also had me pay out of pocket for extras when I had services and gift cards available. I was told it was because I booked online which was my only option because I’m only ever put on hold when I call. While I’ll stay a hand and stone member I doubt I’ll go to this location again.

Staff demonstrate professionalism and quite friendly and attentive

Not the firm pressure I have come to expect. Even though I have had the therapist numerous times before, she does not even seem to remember me.

The location closest to me never has an opening when I call even if it a few weeks out (Delran). So I go 15 mins further away to (Cherry Hill). The last several months I have been cancelled 5x by the massage therapist and 1x by the esthetician. I have packages piling up. So I’m just not sure if I should continue. On a positive note the Cherry Hill realized I was cancelled yet again and they found another therapist to help me. She just had a different style than what I prefer.

My massage was 50 mins. She started maybe around 9:15 and I was getting dressed at 9.50. Total not acceptable. The amount of money paid for the 35 mins of service I was not satisfied. I will say it was good Massage, but 50 mins was paid for and that’s not I received

I’m still waiting for the paperwork to cancel my membership due to Financial reasons.

The massage doesn’t start on time from check in. You loose minutes when waiting for therapist to enter the room after undressing and again when the massage ends a few minutes early. I don’t get the full one hour service that is paid for.
