Lisa does a great job with massage. I had Megan for a facial with glycolic peel added. She seemed like she was new and a bit inexperienced.

I always upgrade my facial with LED light or chemical peels because that’s what is recommended to me and they told me that’s the way I will see results. I’ve been going since May or June and I barely see any results. These are expensive on top of the $70 + tip. Yesterday I saw someone new because the person I went to before is no longer with the company. She recommended me the diamond treatment, CBD, and LED. I told her I’d try to diamond since I never tried it and have been doing the LED and not really seeing results. She then asked me to add CBD and explained the benefits and said it was cheaper than Diamond and I said okay sure. After the treatment was done I come to find out these upgrades were $152. Im 22 years old and don’t have $230 to be spending on a facial, nor do I think my skin is that bad to warrant such an expensive treatment. Plus I gave a $45 tip so that’s almost $300 for one facial. If they’re going to recommend such an expensive treatment they should really tell us what that cost will be. I never even knew upgrades could be that expensive so I didn’t think to ask. I am still pretty disappointed about this. My skin better be as clear as water after a $300 facial….

I used credits to redeem a Himalayan salt stone massage. Was told by therapist because I am using credits I will only receive a trial of it and the stones which will only be used on my back. I read the rewards points terms and conditions and that was not stated anywhere. The receptionist was so friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. During the massage the light was kept on bright for majority of the massage until I asked if it could be dimmed. I asked for overall relaxation and it became painful so I asked for less pressure which felt better until she went back to her original hard pressure.

my wife had facial with rachel. she was fantastic. the massage therapist, on the other hand, was not. i was first to get massage and i did not wear a mask. my wife had a massage afterwards with the same person and she asked my wife to wear a mask!

I tried this current location because I wasn't satisfied with the previous location. My masseuse at this location was fine however my 90 minute massage scheduled at 4, began after 4:10 and ended at 5:20. I paid for a 90 minute massage and arrived early so we would be able to begin promptly at 4. Why am I paying for a 90 minute massage that includes prep and re-dress time??

Everything was great about my visit until it came time to check out. The person checking me out was very pushy about starting a membership. A membership was not a good fit for me and my schedule and I explained that, and she basically tried to make me feel stupid for not enrolling. Really put a damper on the whole experience.
