I don’t like the fact that the add-on service, that you pay extra for, is taken out of the massage time, so some other body area is cheated time. It should be additional time, even if it’s five minutes, if you’re paying for an additional service.

While I absolutely LOVE my aesthetician, she was running late so my appointment didn't begin on time (about 20 minutes late). My services were still fabulous but I did feel a little stressed since I was coming to have my facial done during my lunch hour. We ended up finishing on time (which made my feel a little slighted that I technically only had a ~30-minute facial instead of a full hour) and my skin still looked and felt amazing. I know things happen that are out of the H&S team's control but would like to make sure appointments start on time and I receive the full hour for the service in the future. If someone is running late, they should be asked to reschedule and not throw off the aesthetician's entire day (if that's the reason she was running behind).

I had a two hour massage scheduled followed by a facial. When I got to my appointment I was informed that they could no longer accommodate my facial. Also, for a two hour massage that starts at 9:10, I believe that should end at 10.50 not 10:40.

I expected a relaxing massage and I left feeling more aches then when I arrived

I told her that I had dry skin and she said no you have oily skin. I told her about my dry skin spot and she said oh. She didn't do anything to help it.

Very expensive but great massage

My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for $95. After service and receiving my emailed receipt I noticed I was charged $74. I called front desk and they gave me the difference for my return visit but there was no explanation as to why the difference in cost. Plus I am unable to find in your website a price list of services. all I can find are Introductory prices for first time customers
