whenever I have a treatment i find that i can hear people in the room next to me which is distracting - this particular time there was a lot of talking / laughing that i could continue to hear

I really enjoyed my massage and like my massage therapist. The prices keep going up and it seems as though the appointment length seems shorter.

I can't get an appointment most times and that's mainly because my schedule is not consistent.

I thought I was getting an hour massage. It started at 2:10 and ended at 2:52. To include changing time into the hour is unbelievable for the price. Then expect a tip on top of it. Should be 1 full hour. And I don’t feel there was extra time on problem areas.

The rooms are small and music was not playing for part of appointment. Need more women's restrooms and facilities for showering or sprucing up after appointment. Availability for good service providers quite limited.

The vibe was low and not a happy one. The receptionist upon arrival were not friendly. It is not accommodating for the justification of the rise in membership fees.

I was charged for my monthly membership when I requested that my membership be frozen, and then I was charged on a credit/card I did not give permission to be charged.

Was extremely crowded and unorganized upfront. Only two workers with a long line of people checking in and out. There should be a separate section for people trying to pay and leave. I was waiting over ten minutes while the front desk people took their time. when it was my turn, the receptionist picked someone before me. I needed to leave and had to stand in a line while the receptionist kept checking new people in before i could cash out. There was a woman standing in an office watching the long line and didnt offer to help the two people at front desk. At one point the front desk girl asked for help and one of the massage therapist told her, no way i dont know how to do that and walked in the back.
