I arrived for my 1pm appointment at 12:50 and stood in the lobby waiting for the receptionist until 1:08, no one was attending the desk. My masseuse took me in at 1:15 finally. I was thankful that it didn’t cut into my massage time and my massage was excellent otherwise . (Sylvia). I was stressed thinking my service was going to be cut short due to the tardiness but it wasn’t. I’ll be back. Thank you.

Everything was great regarding my massage. The ambiance in the waiting room was a bit frantic as it seemed this location was very busy this day and I could tell the employees were spread thin. My other comment is the dress code at this location felt very relaxed. I noticed that the massage therapists were able to wear street clothes such as athletic joggers and work boots. Due to the service being such an intimate thing, I might prefer a more uniform look or something like scrubs/traditional spa wear.

Services are too short, too much upselling, facials are sub par and don't include anything during mask time or hand and foot massages, etc. and the rooms and beds are always too cold

It was cold in the room. Even after I expressed that I was cold my therapist didn't do anything to make it warmer. I don't believe I got my full 60 minutes I did not start until about 6:15 but it still ended around 7:00 p.m.

We were not informed that our massage would cost more than the gift cards we had. We paid with them prior to the appointment. Then informed upon leaving that we owed more money.

The staff didn’t offer me any upgrades The massage therapist was somewhat cold & distant. The receptionist could explain the different options of massage available

Everything was exceptional about my experience except the fact of when I tried to redeem my points for one of my services ( either the facial or the hot stone) for which I received an email for I was unable to an had to use my packages and pay for the remainder . The lady said “I see the points available but it’s not allowing me to apply them” I would like to have this resolved before the next visit if possible

I originally wanted a hot stone massage but I was never asked what type I wanted when I booked or at the reception. Maybe I misunderstood something. Either way I signed up for the monthly program/membership so I’m still happy

Appointment did not start on time and the massage itself was under an hour, even though it was supposed to be one hour.
