I felt that it was expensive for the services received. I paid for the highest level of upgrade and did not see any significant changes in my skin post appointment, though it was a nice appointment and relaxing. Would be better if it felt more personalized and less chain like.

Would be nice if add ons that do not cost anything such as hot stones were used during member services.

I was satisfied with everything except after I left, the young male receptionist called me and said I’m sorry when you checked out I forgot to ask how you would like to tip and I said no, you asked me and I said I handed the massage therapist cash. I thought it was weird he called me to ask that when I did tip.

My only request is the computer systems from the old system to new be a bit more clear. The transition complicated appt scheduling and credits being carried over.

I love my massage therapist, but my esthetician no longer works there. I feel as though the price increase for only 50 minutes of a service isn’t that competitive with other places or Groupons that become available. Many of the upgrades are so expensive whereas I will go to another masseuse from time to time and they just do the hot stones because they have them. I feel nickel and dimed when I go sometimes.

The therapist asked if I had any areas she wanted me to work on. When I said feet she said she was coming off an injury and she couldnt really do that. I thought that was odd.

I really enjoyed my massage therapist, Will. Even though he was expecting my mom to come in, he made the experience great and provided an excellent relaxation experience.

Overall I WAS highly satisfied. My only comment would be that this is the 2nd facial i had where no extractions were looked at or performed. Usually this is not the case

My appointment began 10 minutes late and the service wasn’t a full hour. I think the esthetician was very nice but I think they should wear a face shield when doing facials. She was wearing a mask but since she was close enough that I could smell her breath, I was concerned about COVID. I had to wait a while to check out due to a customer taking a long time in front of me, which is understandable but mildly annoying. The receptionist who initially booked my next appointment scheduled me for the wrong month so I had to call back and fix the appointment. Overall, the facial was enjoyable! My main concern was germs because they get so close. I was expecting it to be a full hour as well.
