There was nothing wrong. I would had like that bed was warm. I have problems with my neck and need a small pillow around my neck area. I always have to ask for one.

I was told on the phone that I could transfer remaining packages to my husband after canceling my membership, but now I am being told that I can't do that. There is no way I can use all of my remaining packages in 90 days because I require prenatal massage at this time and availability is limited. This is unfair.

I don’t recall saying I wasn’t highly satisfied in general, all was well as usual. I had some problem with checkout but for some reason that seems to always happen when I pay with gift card (which is 100% of the time lately) but it doesn’t seem to be an employee issue, it seems like a Pos issue. Anyways, my checkout always takes over 5 minutes which is annoying but it’s no big deal. My facial appt had to be cancelled but they offered me a choice of comp service to make up for that and I really appreciated that.

The man who checked me out didn’t seem to know what he was doing and forgot to return my gift card to me for the unused massage portion scheduled for a later date. I was in my car when I realized it and had to return to the store.

The therapist I have had for the past year cancels frequently and I am called the morning of my appointment to be told that she did not come in that day. It completely disrupts my schedule and leaves me without a massage for another few weeks until I can book her again. This latest cancellation (June 10) was the last straw and I am trying a different therapist. Hopefully she will not cancel as frequently as the other one.

I was gifted the massage and highly satisfied. I may not return to this Hand and Stone only because I do not live in the area. I have another massage arrangement closer to where I live. I would have liked to have had 90 minutes (not 60), but my short term time in Cherry Hill won't allow this. Also, the bump up in pricing for deep tissue or customized massage may price me out, for my budget.

My aesthetician was very friendly, but she was a little too salesly. I want to be able to realx during my facial and not have to worry about what the next upsell will be. There should be a card or something to fill out ahead of time saying that I am not interested in purchasing an upgrades, so I can fully relax during my service.
