Hand and Stone

It was a late appt. i was tired. Time of appt. was not there for aches/pains so did not apply. Will was just fine.

My massage therapist is wonderful, she helps with my back pains and is just a great, positive person. All the product offered are good. Sometimes there are a bit too many people in the waiting room for my taste. But the staff is nice everything is always clean, I like it.

Very very nice

Pressure from massage therapist was too hard, even after being asked to ease up. Also felt rushed, very fast movements, usually get a nice relaxing massage. Also didn't like the use of gloves, took away from the feel of the massage.

My esthetician was a little behind schedule and I was only the second appointment of the day. While she was very very kind and friendly she was a little too talkative for my liking

The facial just felt like a massage. She missed my nose during extractions. Then my massage scheduled right after didn’t start until 15 minutes later and was rushed right out so didn’t even get the full alotted time.

I was very satisfied

I came in for a hot stone massage, this was checked in with the receptionist and I was not given what I came for. When telling this to the therapist and receptionist I felt they blew it off with no apologies but sorry I am new ..

The service from both the receptionist and the therapist were good but there are some things that could have been improved. When I first arrived the reception area was fairly filled and the wait wasn’t too long but it was still a decent time that my appointment did not start right away. During my appointment it felt like my therapist was rushing to complete the task before the appointment was over and I felt not fully satisfied that all the time was used appropriately but my overall body felt satisfied with the treatment given.

My appointment was cancelled twice due to the therapist being out sick. This happened to me last month as well. It is getting to be a problem getting an appointment.
