The light they use during the facial didn’t work so she had to turn on the huge light on the ceiling

i feel when i tell them that a certain area is tight. they do not spend more time on that area.

My original appointment was cancelled because the message therapist called in sick. H&S called and left a voicemail at 10am. I didn’t check my voice mail but at 3pm received a text message reminder that my appointment was for 5pm as scheduled. I showed up at 5pm just for them to tell me that they have to reschedule. I came straight from work, drove 1hr to the appointment that I received confirmation of at 3pm.

I originally booked my appointment online they had called me three days later after booking saying my booking was with a facialist but I had just clicked any female masseuse I don’t understand why it did that then they said I had to change my appointment because they were all booked up so I had to wait over a week for another appointment.

Expected facial to include steam treatment as usual. Not a smooth transition from massage to facial treatment.

When I was done with my facial I had some questions in which the receptionist at the desk kept going back and forth with me !

I was highly satisfied with this location but not happy to have to travel 25 minutes to get there when I live 5 minutes from one on grant ave who never has availability when I call

I never made an appointment and called and they said it was their mistake and fixed it but I kept getting notifications that I had an appt.

Tried to figure out why a package was taken from my account. I didn’t book any app. The massage therapist was on vacation that week/day.. yet charged a package when I didn’t book. Believe it was 3rd week of august I think... disappointed
