I felt as though my massage was rushed. I did ask for more attention on my lower back but I felt she mostly focused on my shoulders. I’m sure I needed it there but I left with little to no relief in my lower back.

Everything was fine, I have been there before , The room just seemed small and cramped and Not so inviting.

The only thing that deterred me from highly satisfied was the start of my appointment time. I had a 9:00 appointment and wasn’t greated until 9:10 and was the only client left. Unfortunately this has happened quite a few times which left me to be a little less satisfied with my appointment. Otherwise my esthetician was great and very helpful.

Got some product in my eyes during facial. Massage was good but the requested focus on my neck, back, and shoulders ended up ONLY about my shoulders.

My massage was done in 45 minutes and not the 50 minutes as advertised. The time should not include time when the guess is changing clothes, but instead from the time the physical massage begins to end.

I was not expecting to wear a mask during my massage - but I understand the necessity. The online intake form is not very mobile friendly - my fiance and I had a difficult time filling it out before our appt.

I was satisfied with my experience.

I usually go to the Delran spa. I was unable to get appointments for the time requested for 3 people. So I decided to go to Cherry Hill spa. I was satisfied with the service. Employee's polite, friendly. I love having this membership. The one thing I was disappointed with is that I didn't get a notice during the covid that the spa was reopened. Not sure if this is from spa to spa to notify customers.

The massage therapist made me feel very comfortable. It was relaxing. Staff is nice and friendly.
