Hand and Stone

I got a message and I thought it was a whole body message but she only did my back. And I added hot stone and a foot message. The foot message was NOT at all what I thought it would be!

I felt that after the massage there was pressure to join. Message was very relaxing.

I was highly satisfied with everything. I called to inform that I was running late and they still homered my appointment with no problem. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable .

It was my first time there and enjoyed the experience . I was satisfied with the service I was given and signed up for membership.

I believe satisfied is sufficient

My therapist was friendly and proactive in the problem areas that were painful

I didn’t have my usual esthetician. The person I had did not spend any time doing extractions on my face. Certain machines were having difficulty operating. Towels being used were not hot. However, the esthetician was very friendly. I felt like she was trying and was concerned about my needs. I would’ve have given a higher rating if extractions were done.

I see Nawi for my massages. She is excellent!!!

Had a new girl massage me. Just to try someone new. I rather keep with my other massage therapist. Everytime though I say my shoulder need focused they dont do it. It's always my back more. My neck and shoulders are what need the massage

New site for me. Would like to see how my next experience getting to know this therapist. I'm going to try the hot stone massage and determine if this is best suited for my areas often associated with pain. I realize that we all strive for the highest score but can't base that on only one experience. Hopefully the next time I get a survey I will rate higher-satisfactory is a good score.
