The fragrances that you had in the waiting area and throughout the facility were overwhelming. You should keep in mind some people are highly sensitive to scents and not use them.

The massage therapist didn't ask if the pressure was ok. They normally check in with you after they start and ask.

I thought my facial was fine, but I've had better. Felt that the person doing the facial could have been a bit more helpful to tell me what I could do to keep my face hydrated or anything I should know about my skin and taking care of it. I've had better facials

The experience was fine. Nothing was done over what I would have expected. The only part that I was dissatisfied about was I tried to book my appointment online. Each time I got an error message that said the service was no longer available so I ended up calling to make the appointment and was able to get the time I wanted. If next day appointments can’t be made online then it shouldn’t be offered. Just frustrating when clearly the time was available.

My experience was top shelf. Gloria was very gentle but firm. She has perfect pressure and she's very knowledgable about skin care.

I did not receive the full 50 minutes of hands on contact. My Massage started at 11:11 and ended at 11:56.

I was highly satisfied with my massage. I booked for the next 3 months.

The facial was very good, and the woman was nice. But someone dropped the ball on telling her I wanted an upgrade. I have also always received a shoulder scalp or neck massage with a facial, this did not occur. Nor did extractions. It seemed she was a little more concerned on upselling. Although I was very happy with the results of the facial.

The microderm machine felt out dated, I have had a good amount of facials and it didn't feel as powerful or exfoliating as other procedures I have had at other spas.
