The lady that took care of me smelled like she just was outside smoking. For someone that has allergies this is not great. Thank you.

I feel as though the appointment could have been more relaxing. Warmer bed, arms massaged, music, etc.; I also don’t see my pores improve much at all. I’ve had 3 facials so far with little to no improvement. I have been told it will take time and consistency, so I am hoping for better results soon.

Front desk girls barely addressed me, and even spoke poorly about me behind my back.

When I called to book the appointment I told the receptionist that I would be using a gift card and she took down the gift card number. At the end of my service (less than 2 hours later) they had no record of the gift card number being on file and the cashier charged me non-member pricing on top of the value of the gift card that I presented. Regardless of whether a client is a member or not, if you have a gift card for a 50 minute signature facial and that is the service you receive, you should not be charged extra. In the end, (after arguing my case) the gift card was accepted as payment for the facial and I only paid for the added scalp massage, so it was resolved.

My therapist was hard to understand n she spent almost no time on my feet n ankles. I did express that my shoulder was hurting so she may have misunderstood

Always room for improvement

Massage was not fluid. Lots of stop and go. Therapist had minimal techniques for addressing problem areas.

I just felt a little rushed. Pressure was a bit too hard at times. Stones were a bit too hot.

I had $100 gift card. My service was 95.91. I asked if the balance was on the receipt and receptionist told me I don’t have a balance. She then made it seem silly that I wanted 4.09 back on my gift card. She gave me a gift card for $4.00. It’s not about the $.09, it’s just the principle of the matter. Why was it difficult to just give me the balance??
