Both of my services were fantastic; Tia and Dena are both wonderful service providers. The challenge of I have at this location is regarding the facilities set-up and check in and out process; the people are typically very nice but it is always busy at front desk and there should be automated check-in and out option/kiosk or app if you are in hurry. Pricing and point earnings additionally does not seem to be as favorable as when I first joined; I think 5000 not 7000 for instance should get you free base service. Also, there needs to be more bathroom stalls as well as seating inside service area. Finally, I am VERY disappointed that LED facial is no longer option at this location.

I checked in early so I felt that there shouldn't have been so much of a wait time to start my facial. I felt that my facial was a little rushed and my aesthetician could have spent more time on my face.

My massage was good, but not great. She also talked almost the whole time

The esthetician was very knowledgeable and nice, however in the past the facial has also included some type of a shoulder or temple or scalp massage, this did not include any of the above.

I was in Room 11, and could hear the employees in the break room as well as in the hallway. I know there's always ambient noise, but It was a little loud this time.

Kept being asked about having a gift card. Made me think the service is different if you have a gift card.

Not firm enough pressure and the therapist used her arm on my back which seemed like it was shaven but prickly so it was irritating to my skin

availability, reasonable price, competent masseuse. relaxing and therapeutic experience

When I got there I was asked to switch therapists because mine was running late .

My only issue is each esthetician does things differently ..none of them are consistent with the areas they work on for their suggestions. Some work on your neck and decolletage and some don't. Their hands are freezing and the rooms is ice cold.
