Esthetician was fantastic!!!! Office staff was ok I wish the spas had dressing/ changing rooms with showers and offered manicure and pedicures

Staff therapist and receptionist were All wonderful. The problem I had was with the headrest on the table in room 6. It would not stay locked into the table. I go monthly for massage and it has been an ongoing problem. I did report it to the desk at my last visit.

Website does not allow to book next available time with a specific therapist. Should have the option to choose a therapist and available times show up for future dates rather than having to choose a date and see.

Not completely relaxing, I enjoy talking with the tech, but maybe a little less. Conversation was not appropriate, and I probably would like to not see her again, although she did a great job.i would like to avoid this experience next time.

Unfortunately the massage was mediocre. It was my birthday and the entire massage was rushed and unrelaxing. When I addressed this at the front desk they shrugged and continued on.

The person did not seem very knowledgeable.

Should have more special.. money

The receptionist didn't have the correct services booked in my reservation. Then she tried to charge me four packages instead of three packages for my services. She didn't understand how to pull the packages properly. I'm a grandfathered member, she was trying to only apply each package as 49.99 against the total current cost the services. Instead of pulling a prepaid package to cover each service.

I do not like the idea of paying an extra 10.00 if I use my membership from another salon.

My overall experience satisfied my needs. I felt relaxed coming out of the services provided. I would go back again. My massage therapist did a good job of focusing on my problem area, but probably could have spent a little more time there versus other areas.
