My last few facials I upgraded and did not receive a neck massage. This one I did as I dis not upgrade. It was so so. I love the facial but expect a decent neck massage for any 50 minute facial I go to anywhere. Can improve here. Thanks

I received a massage & facial this visit. My massage was GREAT. The masseuse took her time and explained everything that she was doing. But when I got to my facial she explains some add on services I declined the add on services but yet she did two of them anyway Next time I’ll just wait for Cori she gives the best facials!

I got a facial that was suppose to be an hour. Then i added on a microdermabrasion. I felt it should have been an hour plus the microdermabrasion not included in the initial hour for facial.

The receptionist did not know how to do some things and was frustrated with her job. The person who gave me my facial did not explain some of the costs of the upgrades so I was surprised at the end.

I feel that if I pay for an 80 minute massage ..I want 80 minutes of a massage.. I received 73 minutes. I waited 5 minutes under the covers for her to come back.

Receptionist-personally & by phone could not help choosing therapist that accommodated personal preferences. Favorite therapist? Thu Left

The table was not yet warm, the part where the face had to be placed had a was not easily adjusted for comfort, thereby spending excess amount of time on adjusting rather engaging in the massage.

In past facials I've had more massage included.

People are nice, times are convenient

The esthetician was excellent, but because I had additional treatments, I felt the experience was a bit rushed. On the other hand, I recognize that there was another appointment immediately after me, so I understood why there was a time constraint despite my additional treatments.
