Hand and Stone

Chris is the best massage therapist I've ever had! I've been a member for two years and have tried many different people but he's the best. I'm pregnant and he remembered me and asked how both I and baby were doing. It's uncomfortable moving around while pregnant but when I change positions he always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed, I will continue coming to this hand and stone and always will request chris!

I have had better treatment experience somewhere else

I felt this particular person was extremely new and just needs more experience, she needs a routine and a lil more confidence, I’m only saying this because I was asked, I did not complain and I did tip I just won’t go back to her because I do understand these things happen, I’ll make another appointment w someone else, it would nice to maybe get half off considering I’ve been a member more than 8 yrs

My daughter is special needs. She appt. Did not start on time and was finished before all of us. And No one explained the delay .

It has been a few months since I was able to get a massage and yesterday was something I really needed. A little mix up when signing out but all went well.

I was satisfied with my massage but i bought my daughter for a prenatal massage and she was not satisfied because the therapist talked through the massage. She just wanted to relax and even told her she didn’t want to talk but she continued. I called and told them, they said someone would call me back and as of tonight no one has returned my call.

I had extra packages. The receptionist made me pay for my upgrade instead of using my extra package. When I questioned her she said she didn’t know I wanted to use it. It’s common sense. She never offered to redo my bill so I paid the $50.00. I am not one to confront people. It made me very uncomfortable.

Heather is a very, very good massage therapist. Customizes the Massage to my current needs. Satisfied is good. Not all massages are A+++.

I had a very good experience at Hand and Stone. My only criticism is the cost, but that's why I consider massage to be a treat and not a regular part of my routine.

The overall set up/experience protrayed as a spa was not such. There were very limited options for such a place. The services was good just could offer more and made to feel less like a doctor's appointment environment.
