Hand and Stone

The bathrooms need to be unisex or have more added...very stressful to have to wait or be rushed when in need of facilities or touching up before leaving. Also I had to carry all my stuff in my hands because not enough bags. Also members should be offered samples of products used.

Ariel is a great massage therapist -- very capable, and both friendly and professional. Thanks for a great service as always!

While I enjoyed most of my visit and the facial itself, I felt pressured by the ethtiscian to buy more services, products, a memebership, and to book another appointment. I’m a student and only wished to purchase what I came for: a basic facial.

Arrived at 4 for appointment someone handed me a paper to fill out, and no one took it until 415 due to customers at the counter. I didn’t book it so I didn’t know I should’ve got there earlier but my massage didn’t start until 422. The therapist was good and considerate, but just didn’t relieve as much pain as I thought it would.

My experience was good! It was not amazingly great, but it was good and I left my appointment happy and relaxed.

The last two experiences I had at this location were subpar. I left in a lot of pain one time and the other time they had forgotten an add on. However, when i returned for this visit, giving this location one last chance, I was very satisfied. My masseuse was wonderful with the perfect amount of pressure, and the receptionist fixed the mistake last time. She was super knowledgable and helpful. Now I'll make this location the one i frequent most.

Service is not as personalized and warm as prior experiences with independent massage therapists I have dealt with.

Feeling rushed wgen it's done

Website does not recognize me as a member and does not display my point totals. Masseuse used loud fan during my last session which was distracting.
