Wish the massage therapist was a little better, comparing her to others I’ve had there.

The serum product the esthetician recommended was not in stock. The receptionist was a little too aggressive in trying to sell me a month to month membership. After a first visit Not knowing how skin will react yet I am not in a position to decide if a monthly membership is good for me. Having to say no three times certainly put a damper on my experience right before leaving.

The massage was supposed to be 50 minutes long; however, I was not taken back till shortly after 4 and then the massage did not begin until about 4:10, yet it was still ended at 4:50. I would have liked to have had the full 50 minutes and this is why I am hesitant to book again.

Every time I call I can’t really get what I want because it’s the weekend. All booked.

Both services ran late and I don’t think the time was made up. The massage person could use more training in transitions and also in how to start and increase pressure as well as managing to not interrupt the massage so distinctly to add lubricant etc.

When I first went on the website I was under the impression it was $60 per person for a couples massage. I then go to pay for it, and she says $234. If i would’ve known it would be that much i wouldve went somewhere else. I am probably not going to come back, the pricing on the website is false & i am extremely disappointed.

The visit was a typical visit. Nothing very memorable and nothing went wrong. I was happy with the massage, but I have had better massages.

There is no reason I wasn't highly satisfied. I was satisfied. I wasn't in the mood to be "highly satisfied." The massage was absolutely fine.

To be honest, the facials never last an hour like advertised. All the estheticians seem to be in a rush to finish. It takes away from the experience, and is poor value for my money, and membership.
