Hand and Stone

My skin did not react well to the wax used ans my skin looked bad for almost three days.

I was cold while the therapist was working on specific areas because she didn’t tuck in the sheet, etc as she worked on that are

Massage therapist applied a little too much pressure. I asked for a relaxation massage.,

While waiting random male came in and asked receptionist to use restroom. She directed him to it. He was there for extended period before leaving. I would have expected her to respond that only for customers for multiple reasons. Unlikely to come back.

I was in room 1 which was the first room as you enter the service hallway- it was super loud! People laughing, joking around. I found it to be super distracting! Also, the room temperature felt very cold.

I have yet to find a therapist who does deep tissue hard enough. And the ones who do, hit my spine while doing it. Im looking to release the muscle tension not tense up from pain. I have been told to ask for a sports massage at other places, I have asked at hand and stone but receptionist don't know what I mean by that. Any suggestions?

i don't like that if my appointment for a 50-minute massage is scheduled at 1pm that i wait more than 5 minutes past my start time to be brought back for the service. I then am always told time's up at 10 of the top of the hour so my 50 minute massage is really 40 minutes. this is consistent with the location and not a particular technician and should be addressed through better scheduling practice.

I did wait ten minutes past my appointment time for my massage and my massage ended about 5 minutes early. It was not a big deal though.

I didn’t like the change in policy that reward points can no longer be used for products.

The therapist was great but her vib... I can't put my finger on it.
