Hand and Stone

My experience just felt mediocre.

Music was loud in room, I didn't think to ask to turn it down because i was relaxed. In addition there was a sound machine as well. I could also hear others waling in hall and doors shutting the entire hour. Lastly the music playing on sound system kept cutting in /out - this has happened for at least 2 months now.

I just recently canceled my membership due to availability of appointments.

The room was too cold and massage therapists hands were very cold. Receptionist really was pushing the enrollment program even though it made no sense for me to enrollment since I don't go very often

I booked a massage and facial at Cherry Hill. I showed up, they didn’t have my appointment booked. Receptionist didn’t really know what to do, tried to get me another appointment later in the day, which didn’t help me. I left, called the H&S on Haddonfield Road also in Cherry Hill, and within 15 minutes I had an appointment for a facial. They were accommodating, friendly, and it made up for the bad experience. When I left I had a voicemail from the other Cherry Hill location, turns out someone booked me under another persons name (Stacy??). This never happened to me before, so maybe the person booking appointments was new.

This had too do with my facial appointment NOT my massage appointment. The therapist came into the bldg. at the time my appt. was to begin. Needless to say I had to wait a bit till she got settled and had the room set up. Not good for business.

The cost of everything is just very expensive.

I have been very satisfied with every appointment I have had, I will continue to come to this establishment. I did not have my regular masseuse so it was a little different from my usual visit.

My massage could of been a little firmer
