The therapist was very polite and seemed knowledgeable, but some of the techniques used were inneffective or uncomfortable.

I do not like the check out process. I prefer to leave when I am done. I like my massage therapist and facialist but too much calling from reception and often I must wait just to check in, why is that necessary

The room was quite cold which made the massage lotion and therapists hands cold. Was not pleasant having cold lotion applied.

The check out process is always difficult and time consuming. No one knows how to locate gift cards or apply them.

Therapist was more like a rub down versus massage

Massage therapist spent more time walking around and positioning sheet along with getting lotion each move rather than actual massage hands in time. Must have been new to massage.

I have no basis for comparison. This was my first massage experience. It was enjoyable and I would certainly consider visiting again. However, the only reason for this visit was because I had a gift card. The cost of a massage does not fit in with my monthly budget.

The massage therapist was great the room was ok a little cook but I am always cold. Also I didn't like going in a room so big. Not sure why.

Corrina gives amazing facials and she's very knowledgeable on what your skin needs. I love my new glow.

I personally prefer less talking during my service. The quality of my facial was definitely good and I would return.
