The person I was supposed to see was not there that day. It was my first time making an appointment and was disappointed my first time going

I received a $200 gift card and have multiple massages that I still need to take. Every time I arrive no one can fine the gift card and don't see my multiple unused massages. It takes them a while and then they finally find them. It takes away from the relaxation of the visit to go through this every visit.

Because there is a big turnover with the therapists. I have had over 5 in my 4 years of being a member. And each one gets a little worse.

The experience was good, but definitely could have been better. I am considering returning in hopes to have a better experience.

I felt that it could have been longer and When I made my appointment a few months ago both my gift cards were accepted. This time they only accepted one and said the promotional one expired. I should have been Told that prior to getting anything done.

My appointment was great! Unfortunately I was unaware that my skin was very sensitive, so unfortunately I didn't mark that off on the papers I had to fill out! That's totally my fault! Next time I'll just be sure to have them use a different product for super sensitive skin!

I was satisfied. It just did not earn highly satisfied...yet.

The aromatherapy is 10 but really should be less than that, maybe 5. She just puts it on her hands and puts it over your face. The sales pitch after a ton of relaxation is jarring and not well timed.

Nothing in life is perfect. It took a while to check out. Is the cold stone face massage really worth $10?? I don't think so. However, I'm not saying my therapist did a bad job at it.

My usual therapist was ill. The therapist who worked with me was fine just not my preference.
