I was late for the appointment. Totally my fault....but when I got there...there was absolutely no where to park at all. I had to park down the street and around the corner...in the pouring rain. The massage therapist was really sweet...and totally capable. She did say that the room was not her usual room and that there was something wrong with the heating pad..which was fine. I just didn't like that the massage oil was cold and that she only worked on the backside of my body. I am used to turning over for the front part of my body to be massaged. I was disappointed in that.

Massage therapist did not appear to be engaged in massage. Perhaps just tired. felt rushed undressing and have never had that problem before with any other therapist - he even opened door while I was still undressing. Continued problems with fact that I opened account at different location, however this appears to have been corrected.

I enjoy the facials alot. It is my skin I am not satisfied with. I am still having breakouts.

The receptionist never answer the phone and I have to call like 10x or back the next day and then when I leave a message no one replies back.

It would be more pleasant if the seating area had a table to place items while filling out forms. I'd also suggest having separate forms for massage and facial as it takes up time trying to fine which questions apply. My experience would have been slightly better if the sound was slightly louder....I enjoy the music and would have been more relaxed if I could hear it. Thank you

No one went into detail of the massage services available. This was my first visit and do not think I will attemptgetting a massage in the near future. Loved the facial and the technician explained everything.

Perhaps I should have asked for more info (even though I did ask) i thought the additional Foot Treatment would be a better massage not just a minty scrub. I would have passed on it.

I am very satisfied with services provided by Dana. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I interpret highly satisfied as excellent which is why I do not select.

I've been to this location several times before and have never had a problem. The receptionist was very nice, but had a problem with scanning the product I was trying to purchase and asked for assistance from someone else who seemed to know very little about why it wouldn't ring up as well. The problem was finally solved, then there was a problem with how to put in the gift card I had to put towards my purchase. I think maybe the receptionist was new so I won't make too much of a big deal. My overall experience was great and I'll be back to give it another chance.

Ive been to better ,cleaner facilities......the therapists was excellent
