Not necessarily with my experience, but while I as there - there were 3 personnel working from desk. IT was confusing who was paying and who was being checked in, phone was ringing off hook and there was a line.

Originally I tired to book the massage online however I was having issues with the system. I then called and left a vm but no return call. I called the next day, the receptionist had a very hard time understanding what I wanted, she did not know how to enter things into the system, she kept calling me by the wrong name, couldn't find my name in the system under members, but eventually booked two separate apts. Five minutes later, I received a call that H&S could not accommodate the apt but could do a 9pm couples massage. The therapists were fantastic!

My Massage Therapist Audrey was so amazing, offered me a massage of my scalp which had never been offered to me and relieved a ton of stress. She was calming and very professional. Kori was my Esthetician and she was very helpful offering options to resolve my facial concerns and provided a lot of advice. On the other hand, this is the second time that the reception area was not quite aware I had multiple or back to back sessions. I thought I would have transitioned from my massage to my facial with a rope or something, instead I fully dressed and had to undress again for the facial. I've had similar awkward situations, are they earth shattering no, but they can be uncomfortable when you have to ask if they actually have you in for an appointment you confirmed via telephone. Would this make me leave right away no, because I am a patient person but nonetheless this is a service industry that deserves to know how at least one of their clients is being handled .

Service does not last 50 minutes

I was having trouble picking the service I wanted when I was trying to book my appointment online, so I had to call in. I'm not sure if it was the IPad I was using or your website. Also when you have a service added on, it cuts into your 50 min. instead of adding onto your time. I had a massage last week and was not impressed. I want to get my money's worth.

Hand and stone was great. Overall I am happy. However compairing this massage to others that I have experienced at hand and stone I felt it was ok. I felt that the therapist started off strong but rushed through. Not taking the time or showing attention to some areas. (Legs, arms lower back..) The time spent was quick and felt like it stopped suddenly without care. My arm was dropped at one point. Not once was I asked if the pressure was okay. It had been a while since my last massage so when i was asked I was unsure. We had agreed to figure that out together. At the end of the massage she walked away towards the door and as said you massage has come to an end. But it felt like an abrupt end. I understand that it was probably time. But it just stopped. So again. I was happy with my time at hand and stone. However I feel these are just some things that that were lacking with my visit this time. Completely different from my last visit years before at a different location. I will be back soon and we will see if this the normal procedure now.

Felt like I was in a strip mall - my concern was anti-aging but later found out that's not what I received - I had a gift certificate and perhaps that is why - I wasn't dissatisfied, I was satisfied enough but not enough to return for a facial

I schedule a massage for my daughter and I at 12n. I was told they had two female therapist available. When we arrived they did not have an appt for my daughter. The only thing they had was a therapist to do a facial. My daughter had the facial in place of the massage. It was very disappointing that they messed up her appt.

Cleanliness of the waiting area could be better. More seating for people waiting would be a good idea as well.
