My only issue was the message include both scalp and foot message, both excellent but the body message was shortened to accommodate thes add ins to finish in 1 hr so I felt my body message was shortened. If I just had the body message it would have been a full hr. Still excellent message.

If I said I was highly not satisfied that was a mistake. My service was great !!

I no longer want my membership at the current location and I'm limited at other locations which was costly. If I could transfer my membership I would because I should be able to use the credits I paid for whenever and wherever I choose to. However, im stuck having a membership at a location I don't want so therefor I will cancel my membership altogether.

I arrived 10 minutes early and both receptionists were on the phones. I was not acknowledged at all so I sat down in Reception. Once off phone I waited 5 minutes before my name was yelled out "is ***** here?" and then the receptionist greeted a couple that came after me. I then waited until 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start before therapist came to get me. Then i waited 5 more minutes before my appointment actually started. My service still ended at 5 of the hour which means i was cheated out of at least 5 minutes of service. I have been at this location many times and this was first time i experienced this extreme of an issue but it bothered me so I'm sharing.

There was nothing that was all highly satisfying. Some was satisfied enough, others maybe highly satisfying enough. There's nothing negative at all about any of my services. If a single question does not get marked as highly satisfied, it doesn't necessarily mean anything negative a bit about the sevices. So I stand by my answers as long as it feels satisfying enough, doesn't necessarily have to be that highly of it to negate the best of your services, thank you. But however, the services could best use some relaxing music and somtimes a heated bed if asked optionally of it. Thank you very much.

I am extremely satisfied with my last massage at the Haddonfield location in Cherry Hill. I believe my therapist's name was Kay. The pressure was just as I requested and she was attentive, nice, and gave great service. This was a huge improvement after 4 consecutive horrible experiences at 2 locations. I had actually suspended my membership because I was so upset with the poor massage and bad customer service. In fact, I was so disappointed with the inconsistent therapists and decline in service that I purchased a conditional membership with a more expensive spa. However, my experience with Kay this past Sunday has made me reconsider. I will give Hand and Stone another chance for a few months based on the great massage that I received. She was friendly, highly skilled, and accommodating. She was so great that I will definitely recommend her to others. I will be back to see her again. Also, the reception staff at the front desk was friendly and a huge improvement over my last few times. Based on Sunday's great customer service and therapist, I will be giving Hand and Stone another try. This was the Hand and Stone I fell in love with. I hope this great experience is the new normal.
