I have had my facials with Sue since I started my membership. I refuse to see any other esthetician even though the Delran spa is closer to my home. Sue could look at my skin and know exactly what I need. Her massage at the end is the greatest!

The Massage therapist is the main reason for return visits. Melissa Juckett is certainly a skilled and knowledgeable therapist. She listens as you explain where your troubled areas are and then heals them. Much better than taking drugs.

The massage therapists are professional and knowledgable. The reception staff are very welcoming, efficient, and have excellent customer service. The only downside is the massages are sold as 60 minutes, but are usually about 45 (+/- 5) minutes by the time I'm taken back, the massage therapist gives the spiel/asks questions, and then comes back in for the massage after I get situated. The massage is usually ended 7-10 minutes early for dressing and room turning. Understand this is not necessarily the therapist/staff's fault over how appointments are set and to maximize time utilization, but still a little bit of a bummer/shorter massage; especially with no 90 minute option.

Mickey is awesome! She knows exactly where all my problem areas are. When I leave Hand and Stone after a massage with Mickey, I feel rejuvenated!! Mickey is irreplaceable!!!!!
