My massage therapist knows exactly where my body is tight and helps muscles relax. I feel great after messages. The facility is always very clean and the staff very friendly.

My esthetician Lynaie was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating to my comfort as I am 5 months pregnant. My face felt amazing afterward & I am absolutely looking forward to returning!

Laniea (spelling) was absolutely wonderful, very nice and friendly and i appreciated her wearing a mask. I hadn't had a facial in about a year and was way overdue, and Laniea really took her time cleaning my skin, which i so appreciate. I even felt very de-stressed upon leaving, she gives a really nice neck massage as well. Ive been to the the H&S at Garden State on rte. 70, and have frequently left feeling short-changed. Meaning that many times a 50 min massage was reduced to 40 min, or critiqued about my skin during a facial once and really pushed to add on a $200 hydrofacial service there. So I refuse to go back there. I almost wasn't going to use H&S anymore. But I will now use this new location and request Lanaie !!
